MENTORing

Mentoring is supporting and inspiring students to accomplish goals, build leadership skills, and create a sense of belonging and self-confidence. Pearadox mentors will:

• Teach others what you know (marketing, engineering, strategy, etc.)
• Practice safety and promote safety practices to students (ex: wear safety goggles)
• Do the Pearland ISD volunteer training & background check yearly
• Communicate with the team via Slack
• Attend virtual or in-person meetings that are hosted throughout the year
• Encourage Gracious Professionalism (GP) behavior and Coopertition
• Have fun!
• And much more.
